Save document and Save document as looks odd to me, all smaller “go*” icons are in the colors I don’t like (dirty green?).
Overall, the Tango theme is nice, I like it, it looks professional, polished etc, but it’s dark, so much gray and faded, dark colors.
For this reason I won’t use it, but I can say it’s a good one.
Oxygen is a KDE theme? If so why don’t they say so?! Sometimes it is hard to see what is at the end of your nose. At a minimum their about page should start with a description ;-).
I do see all the KDE links on the left, maybe that is the part of the design that makes it clear that it is a KDE theme :p
Interesting, I say that given that Flock‘s website was accused of this for most of it’s life. It should now be better, but if you see room for improvement let Chris know.

About those green go* – http://tango-project.org/Image:Tango-on-kde-after.png the whole theme looks OK, but those green go buttons looks bad. It should be the color used for reload (great icon!) button imho.
